Terms and Conditions of Donation

www.cory’shopefoundation.org/ (“We”) Cory’s Hope in Memory of Cory R Scott, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) acts as agent for Cory R Scott (deceased). We do not act as Principal in any capacity whatsoever. This means that we only collect proceeds or donations on behalf of the coryshopefoundation.org website. As a fundraiser for coryshopefoundation.org and thanks to the generosity of donations from the general public and corporations, companies or other entities, we will donate proceeds to organizations and or established scholarships to help disadvantaged youths.

Payment and Confirmation

Once a donation payment and confirmation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email that payment has been made. You will always have the opportunity to make recurring monthly donations or as a one-time donation in and of itself.

On your credit card or Paypal statement it will show CORYSHOPEFO.

Tax

No tax is collected as this is a certified non-profit organization 501(c) (3). You are allowed certain tax deductions from the IRS for making donations to a non-profit corporation. This is your responsibility to verify if this is the case with the Internal Revenue Service.

This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”), states the terms and conditions under which you may use this web site (the “Site”). Please read this Agreement carefully.
